Pancake Betty Crocker

 

this method can produce around 7-9 pancakes:

215gm of flour (equivalent to 1 and 3/4 cups)

1 and 1/4 cup of milk

mix

light grease pan with cooking oil by using tissue wipe

put in 1/4 cups of mixture for every pancake

serve with salted butter and honey/maple syrup
